Special Conditions 5 & 6-- two of the special conditions of approval for the LOWWP contained in the May 27, 2010 Staff Report for the June 19, 2010 meeting.  Special Condition 5 requires the County to implement a plan to “maximize…the health and sustainability of the Basin,” and Special Condition 6 requires the County to update of the Estero Area Plan for Los Osos (LOCP), which identifies buildout limits and mechanisms to stay within those limits based on “conclusive evidence” of a sustainable water supply.
